I grew up in a small Texas town filled with sunshine, fireflies, and long summer nights that seemed to last forever. Life was simple in the best way—barefoot days, homemade desserts, and afternoons spent exploring the creek with my brother, catching frogs and coming home just before dark. Those roots have stayed with me.

Now living in Arizona, surrounded by desert skies and mountain views, I’ve learned that beauty exists in every season of life—sometimes it just looks a little different than we expected.

The name Blondy & Jhune comes from a road I grew up on—named after the farmer’s wife who lived there, surrounded by open land, a pond, and a slower way of life. The unique spelling is exactly how it was written, a small nod to something meaningful and a reminder that not everything has to follow the expected path.

This space is an extension of that feeling—warm, welcoming, a little nostalgic, and always evolving.
